Mix N Move - August Sessions

We're back! 2 sessions this month. 3-5pm 15th & 29th Aug. At Three60 Studio @three60hub 80 washington street. Both with a warm up led by @blark_meakley focusing on foundations from house dance. Then onto open practice with many moments for connecting and exchanging with each other. On the 29th Mark will lead a slight different structure of session so we can warm up and then explore floor work. Taking approaches from house, breakin and contemporary dance to give you tools and approaches to connecting to the ground in your dance. Finding ways to explore how your body wants to move on the floor. Come dance. 🕺 💃
